  • I’m always nervous about dining out because we have low level Japanese, but today we were brave enough to eat here! It was the best decision. The staff were incredibly friendly and understanding. The service was absolutely amazing. The food… oh my goodness… it was delicious! Thank you kindly. We will return!

  • Incredible ribs. Loved the atmosphere and people also. This is a serious commercial kitchen cooking up authentic and delicious American favorites. They have prime rib available on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings.

  • We decided to try Red Rocks and got there a bit early, which was a smart move – we snagged a seat easily, but wow, within about half an hour, the place was absolutely bustling and super busy! It's clearly a popular spot, and now I know why. The menu has SO much choice, and honestly, everything sounded to die for. We went for the Chicago-style pizza, and it was SO delicious – authentic, cheesy, and just perfect. And the fries! Oh my goodness, the fries were so good I could have happily ordered three more portions all to myself! The whole atmosphere in the restaurant was just ecstatic – buzzing with energy and happy diners. To top it all off, the service was superb; attentive, friendly, and efficient despite how busy they got. Red Rocks is a fantastic find. Amazing food, a vibrant vibe, and top-notch service. We'll definitely be planning our next visit (and maybe arriving early again!). Highly, highly recommend!

  • This restaurant was a joy to find. Very relaxed atmosphere with good vibing music playing and Charlie Brown Christmas on the wall. We ordered fried chicken sandwiches and they were super delicious! It was juicy breast meat with zing of lemon and tang of tartar in the sauce. Friendly people too. I want to give 5 stars but let me recommend what they need to do for 5...French fries were cut too thin and to little on the plate. You must give a lot of fries if thin but I recommend cutting them bigger maybe even crinkle cut. Also need tomato slices and lettuce. Presentation is key so give bigger fries, garnish the plate with tomato slices and lettuce and hey maybe give the bun some texture. See you guys soon!

  • I always struggle to find decent places to eat in Saku. The place is swamped with generic, dull family chain restaurants. Red Rocks is a revelation. Tucked away in an industrial estate and actually attached to a factory. A great American diner. We had pork ribs, generous portion and their w double cheeseburger. Excellent. Their watermelon juice was fantastic, because it is just watermelon. Well done. We will be back. Sadly did not have the courage to try the Chicago deep pan pizza. Definitely not Karuizawa prices.
